We purchase your item directly or sell it on consignment.

Direct purchases are only made on some brands and models selected by our curator. After evaluating and accepting the proposal, the article is requested to be sent to our facilities. As soon as we receive the item and it meets the conditions described by you and is authentic, payment will be made immediately.

In the case of a consignment system, after approval of the evaluation and proposal made by us, it is necessary to send the items to our facilities. Once received, all the work required to sell them is carried out by The VOG Closet, from cleaning, photographs, publication of the items on our social networks and platforms, we carry out the sale and shipping to the customer. A commission is charged for this service, which is variable.

The consignment has a period of 1 month (30 days - counting from the day the article is published on our platforms). Payment for consigned items will be made 5 working days after the items are sold.

We only accept original parts in very good condition.

Contact us, describing the following elements:

• Brand model;

• Material and colors;

• Dimensions;

• Condition (new, unused, very good condition, excellent with some signs of use);

• Indication of the existence of an invoice/receipt, packaging and/or other original documents.

We will contact you later to send us detailed photographs of the piece.

Note: All evaluations and proposals made by The VOG Closet are valid for 15 days.
